Warranty
AmCells products, when used under normal operating conditions are warranted for
one year on load cells. This warranty will cover items that prove to be
defective in material or workmanship. The warranty period starts on the invoice
date. Any defective item must be returned to the factory to be repaired or
replaced. If you believe product has failed out of the shipping package must return in 15 days.
AmCells assumes no responsibility for any installation cost or expenses incurred
for repairs or replacement of any item returned under warranty. No liability
will be assumed for any consequential loss for use of AmCells products that have
failed during this warranty period. The products are warranted under the
conditions that they are used for the application and environment for which they
are intended. Products that have been modified in any way or subjected to
unusual conditions or environments will not be warranted.
When the buyer provides the design of the equipment to be provided by AmCells,
the buyer assumes the responsibility that the items furnished will operate as
intended on his system. AmCells warranty only covers the product to be free of
defects in material and workmanship.
When products are shipped to the factory for warranty repair, the shipping costs
are to be paid by the customer. AmCells will pay return shipping costs via
surface for items repaired or replaced under warranty. Authorization (RMA#) must
be obtained from AmCells for items to be returned. This express warranty is made
in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied.
AmCells reserves the right to make any changes in the design or construction of
this products at any time. Any unauthorized disassembly or attempt to repair
voids this warranty.
